One that takes in everything available, as with the mind.

An omnivorous animal, or one whose food is extremely varied in its character. Good examples of omnivores are to be found in some of the small monkeys that feed on fruit, eggs, insects, and birds. Correlative with herbivore, carnivore, etc.
